Please join us as we say farewell to Sara Lorusso and thank her for all her years of beautiful music here at St. Benedict. We will recognize her next Sunday, May 21, at the 10:45am and 12:30pm Masses, followed by a concert with all the choirs at 2:00pm and then a reception.
As previously announced, Sara retired this spring from being the head of our music ministry, organist, and choir director. She has worked with both the adults and children’s choirs during her time at St. Benedict. Under Sara’s direction, the children put on several musicals and even had the opportunity to perform in Italy during 2013. Her love and dedication to the music ministry has been remarkable. Please join us in wishing her well.
