St. Benedict Preschool
The weekday Preschool Program has been in existence since our church was built in 1990! We have a long-standing reputation for providing quality care that meets the needs of preschool children in a social, emotional, academic and spiritual setting. We believe the preschool years should be happy and relaxed, a time in which children feel loved, accepted and successful. St. Benedict Preschool is an important ministry of our church and it is our desire to establish a positive experience for the children in our school.
Our program is for children who are 2 to 5 years of age. General information can be found at the welcome table and next to the Preschool office which is located downstairs. Registration information is always available in January and can be found in the same location or on this website. Sandra Foltz is the Director of the Preschool. Sandra’s journey with St. Benedict’s Preschool began 35 years ago when the church first opened its doors—and she has been a guiding light ever since. With a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of West Florida, Sandra has poured her heart into shaping young minds and nurturing a strong foundation for countless families. In 2019, her dedication was recognized when she received the Archdiocese Director of the Year award. A proud Pensacola native, Sandra treasures the time spent with her four grown children and four sweet grandchildren. When she’s not at the preschool, you’ll likely find her cheering on her beloved Auburn Tigers!
