Serving our neighbors in need in Johns Creek, Alpharetta, and Duluth

St. Vincent de Paul Society serves by visiting or calling families privately in their home where clients are free to discuss their struggles and needs. Our Vincentians listen, offer humble advice, and render assistance.
Assistance may be available for Rent, Mortgage, Utilities, Medical, Pharmacy, Furniture, Food and other daily necessities.
- We maintain a “Hotline” 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
- If you are in need, please call: 678-992-2509.
- Listen carefully for the prompt and leave a detailed message.
- Keep a phone on you at all times, a SVdP volunteer will return your call from a blocked number within 24-48 hours.
We welcome volunteers to join us in the following capacities:
- Caseworkers
- Communications
- Hotline/Intake Workers
- Leadership
- Resource Coordinator
- Backroom Operations
If you are called to serve, we invite you to contact Rob Ortner, Membership Coordinator at: robforsvdp@gmail.com.
Furniture Ministry
Many of St. Vincent de Paul’s clients need furniture: Chairs and a simple kitchen table, a place to sit, a nightstand to replace the rickety box, beds, mattresses, sheets, even individual pieces, or full sets for a bedroom or living room.
If you have items to donate, please contact our local partner, Fully Furnished Ministries, at https://fullyfurnishedministries.org/ . There you may review the list of accepted items and complete an online form to request a pick-up. Pick-up will be scheduled and a receipt will be presented.
Thank you for helping our neighbors!
Questions may be directed to Fully Furnished Ministries at info@fullyfurnishedministries.org .

Questions about your annual Contribution Statement and More
Annual Contribution Statements:
If you did not receive an Annual Contribution Statement for the prior year or if you have questions about the Statement that you received, please contact us at SVDPSBCC@gmail.com. We monitor this e-mail year-round for donor questions or requests.
The IRS requires donors itemizing contributions to request and maintain receipts for charitable contributions. As a best practice, the St. Benedict Conference of St. Vincent de Paul automatically mails Contribution Statements to all donors donating $150 or more in a calendar year. Statements are typically mailed by the first week of February for the prior calendar year. Donors not automatically receiving a Contribution Statement may request one at the above e-mail address and a Statement will be promptly provided.
St. Vincent de Paul Exempt Status:
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Georgia, Inc., and its Conferences (EIN: 58-0967972) are an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Charitable Organization Independence:
The personal profile established for e-giving to the St. Benedict Conference of St. Vincent de Paul is separate from the profile you may have for e-giving to St. Benedict Catholic Church. The Conference and the Parish are separate Exempt Organizations under law and must maintain separate and independent e-giving sites and financial record keeping.
Address Changes:
Please notify us at SVDPSBCC@gmail.com of any address change. As separate exempt organizations, the Parish does not forward address changes to the St. Benedict Conference of St. Vincent de Paul Georgia, Inc. Donors are the source of accurate mailing information for Annual Contribution Statements.

Donor information is never shared with other parties and is securely maintained.
